What's Included:
Branded Team Kit: Includes jerseys and shorts for 5 players + 1 goalkeeper kit. Additional jerseys and shorts can be purchased via the registration form.
Match Essentials: Match fees (refs and venue) are all covered.
Meals and Drinks: Your team registration covers coffee, breakfast, and lunch for all participants, plus complimentary drinks and snacks provided by our amazing partners.

1 / What is the date, time & location of the event?
29 Sept 2025, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM at
5600 E William Cannon Dr, Austin, TX 78744
2 / What time should teams arrive?
Please arrive at 9:00 AM sharp for check-in and the captains’ kick-off meeting
3 / When does the game schedule come out?
4 / What should players wear?
Kits (jersey + shorts) will be provided. Players must bring their own soccer boots, socks, and protective gear.
5 / What else should we bring?
Bring a water bottle, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, towel, and any personal medical items.
6 / Will food and refreshments be provided?
Yes! Coffee and light breakfast are complimentary. Team members will also receive lunch (tokens provided by your captain). Throughout the day, additional food, non-alcoholic, and alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at the bar. EFTPOS is available. Alcoholic drinks will not be permitted to be brought into the event from. If you bring any, staff will ask you to set them aside.

Yes — on-site parking is available.
8 / Is there public transport access?
Yes — the venue is accessible via local bus routes and ride-share options.
